Chemical Applications
Our Licensed applicators and our on site chemical storage of specialty chemicals is essential for pest control.  Timing is everything with chemicals. Licensed applicators will regularly monitor your property, spraying the correct chemical at the proper time. 

Regular scheduled chemical treatments are made on time and with the best most up to date fertilizers, insecticides and fungicides.   Turf receives 8 treatments/ year on all high end commercial properties.  These extra treatments are for preventative fungus control (i.e., brown patch).  Shrubs receive 4 applications, including 2 insecticide treatments and 2 feedings of almost 100% slow release fertilizer (all elements) with micro nutrients.  In addition, for high end commercial properties our chemical applicator coordinates with our irrigation tech to ensure proper watering, which is the best way to reduce pests.

We use the best products and have the best applicators who will treat your property at the proper time.  Our chemical trucks are also always tracked by GPS and detailed chemical records are maintained.
