Weekly Maintenance Visits
-With an in house shop and regular equipment maintenance, turf is always cut with sharp blades for a smooth cut.  Bush pruning equipment is also regularly sharpened and adjusted.  All of our equipment is well maintained.

- The same supervisor visits the property every week.

- Blowing is done properly.  Crews never blow debris in the street or detailed beds

- Edging is complete. Our crews edge all borders.
(driveways, parking lots, bedlines & around trees, etc.)

- Turf has a crisp even cut, and free of debris when complete.

- We know when to Hand Prune.  Required bushes will be hand pruned only.

- We see it.    We pick it up.   Our crews will never walk past  trash.

- Special Office Event:   Call us and we can usually come out the next business day
Note: We must first acknowledge your request and verify our schedule.  Please understand that Thursdays and Fridays are our busiest times (end of week).

Chemical Applications
Licensed applicators and on site chemical storage of specialty chemicals is essential for pest control.  Timing is everything with chemicals.  Licensed applicators regularly monitor your property,
spraying the correct chemical at the proper time.

Regular scheduled chemical treatments are made on time with the best most up to date fertilizers, insecticides and fungicides.   Turf receives 8 treatments/ year on all high end commercial properties.  These extra treatments are for preventative fungus control (i.e., brown patch).  Shrubs receive 4 applications, including 2 insecticide treatments and 2 feedings of almost 100% slow release fertilizer (all elements) with micro nutrients.  In addition, our chemical applicator coordinates with our irrigation tech to ensure proper watering, which is the best way to reduce pests.

Watering
The biggest challenge to keeping plants healthy is to deliver the right amount of water.  Most damage is caused by over watering or under watering.   Experienced Irrigation Techs adjust your system weekly during dry & wet periods.  We supplement your irrigation system with hand watering from our trucks water tanks for new installations and annual beds as required.

Piece of Mind
Little Things Mean a lot:   All trucks are monitored with real time GPS satellite for location and driving speed to be confident we maintain conscientious employees.  Further, all employees are uniformed at all times, using up to date trucks and equipment.   No request or complaint you may have is too small for us.

Commercial Clients are encouraged to directly call the owner, Mike Rodriguez, on his cell phone or send e-mails directly to his PDA with any concerns.  When the details are taken care of everything falls into place.

Professional Reports
You receive monthly reports from a Certified Landscape Professional on the status of your property with respect to the turf, shrubs and general condition of how we are maintaining your landscape.   For high end properties with lots of flower beds and specialty shrubs prone to pests, these visits are essential to control problems before they start.
